In all cases of returns and cancellations, you can raise your request from the “My Account” section with ease.

RETURN POLICY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS (ONLINE PURCHASES)

We have a 7 Days No Questions Asked Return Policy. In case of a defective or damaged product, the complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Items being returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must have all original tags intact. Returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags, shoe boxes, or dust bags.

Any item that has been damaged, soiled, altered, or used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s shipping cost.

RETURNS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS

If you are not satisfied with the product delivered, please email us at support@loominators.in within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel.

Loominators will arrange a reverse pick-up from your location (reverse pick-up may not be available for selected PIN codes).

We offer the following return options:

Store Credit

The equivalent product value will be added to your Loominators Account as Store Credit.

This Store Credit can be used during checkout on your next purchase from our website.

Store Credit will only be issued after we receive the returned product and successfully validate the return.

Store Credit cannot be transferred to your bank account, card, wallet, or any other payment method once issued.

Store Credit has no expiry date.

Bank Refund

We refund the product amount after deducting ₹100 per product towards shipping and restocking charges.

To process your refund, we require the following bank details:

• Account Holder Name
• Account Number
• IFSC Code
• Bank Name
• Branch Name

Any shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable. Only the product value is eligible for refund.

If the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped or damaged/defective product), we will either replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per the customer’s preference.

Refund processing will begin only after the returned product has been received and approved following inspection.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you must courier the product back to the Loominators office at your own cost, risk, and responsibility within 7 days of receiving the product.

Once the returned package is received, it will undergo inspection.

If a scheduled reverse pickup is unsuccessful due to customer-related issues or courier-related issues, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Loominators and arrange another pickup. Failure to do so within a reasonable timeframe may result in rejection of the return or exchange request.

Return requests will only be accepted if the customer has received and accepted an untampered package.

Once your return is approved, the refund or Store Credit (as applicable) will be processed within 10 days.

If the return is found ineligible, the product will be shipped back to you.

In either case, your return request will be closed within 20 days of us receiving the returned package.

Loominators will not be responsible for any damage occurring during return transit.

The customer agrees to accept the final decision of Loominators regarding return validation and eligibility.

If a returned product is found to be ineligible, it will be returned to the customer, and Loominators reserves the right to blacklist the customer from future purchases.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in permanent removal of COD payment eligibility without prior notice.

Customers returning more than 50% of successfully delivered orders may be informed that future orders will be processed on a non-cancellable and non-returnable basis.

Items returned must be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• In original packaging with all tags intact

Return packages should include original hangers, polyester bags, hang tags, shoe boxes, or dust bags wherever applicable.

Products that are damaged, altered, soiled, or incomplete will not be accepted.

The following products are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Custom-made products
• Personalized products
• Accessories
• Home Décor
• Handbags
• Jewellery
• Products specifically marked as Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable

Refund Method

• Orders paid using Cash will be refunded through Bank Transfer.
• Orders paid using Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking will be refunded to the original payment source.

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing support@loominators.in.

If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, the complete order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of placing the order will not be accepted.

The customer agrees to accept the final cancellation decision made by Loominators.

If a prepaid order is refused by the customer and returned to Loominators by the courier company, a deduction of ₹200 towards shipping charges will be applicable before processing the refund.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

RETURNS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (ONLINE PURCHASES)

Products eligible for return may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products marked as non-returnable in the product description are not eligible for return.

All Jewellery products are non-returnable.

Please ensure you check product eligibility before placing your order.

Return requests must first be approved by the Loominators team.

Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address in New Delhi, India via email.

The customer is solely responsible for the product during return shipping.

Loominators will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, you may choose either:

• Store Credit
• Refund to the original Credit/Debit Card

A USD 25 restocking fee, along with customs duties paid by Loominators during delivery and any customs charges incurred while returning the goods to India, will be deducted from the refundable amount.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email support@loominators.in with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases, we will provide a full refund.

We aim to process all approved returns within one (1) week.

All customs duties applicable on returned shipments must be borne by the customer.

All returns remain subject to the final approval and discretion of Loominators.

For international exchanges, the same return policy applies.

CANCELLATIONS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@loominators.in.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

CANCELLATION BY LOOMINATORS

Please note that there may be situations where we are unable to process or fulfill an order.

Loominators reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product quantity limitations
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Technical errors
• Fraud detection
• Payment verification issues

We may contact you for additional information before processing your order.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been successfully charged, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
