We know the wait for a new saree or kurti is part of the excitement, so here's exactly how shipping works at Loominators.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process it within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities generally see faster delivery, while remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take a little longer.
These timelines are estimates, and occasional delays can happen once a shipment is with our courier partner.
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery orders, a small COD handling fee may apply, and this will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, so you can follow your parcel right up to your doorstep.
We currently ship across serviceable pin codes within India. If your area isn't serviceable by our courier partners, we'll let you know at checkout or reach out to you directly after the order is placed.
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before placing an order, since incorrect or incomplete details can delay your shipment.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, write to us before it's dispatched and we'll do our best to update it.
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, regional disruptions, courier network issues, or public holidays.
While these are outside our control, we'll keep you updated if your order is affected.
You can cancel an order any time before it's dispatched by writing to us with your Order ID.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, though our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy explains how to return it after delivery.
