Many of our sarees are handwoven or hand-printed, so a little natural variation in colour, weave, or print between what's shown online and what arrives is part of the craft.
Screen settings and photography lighting can also cause minor colour differences. This isn't treated as a defect.
Genuinely incorrect or damaged items are handled under our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery, where available.
Orders remain subject to payment verification and stock confirmation before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where stock is unavailable, a payment issue arises, or a transaction appears fraudulent, and any amount already paid will be refunded.
